PRE-DEPARTURE
Here you will work through self-guided modules that will prepare you for your expatriate assignment in Panama City, Panama.
This preparation will consist of orientation training and five modules that will need to be completed over a five week period before your departure. You and your family will need to review the reading material in each module. You are then responsible for completing the assessments at the end of each module to ensure that the material has been reviewed. Family members are not responsible for taking assessments but should be familiar with the content in each module. At the end of each week you will check in with your program trainer to discuss what was learned and address any questions or concerns.
