HOW TO GET STARTED:
1. Watch the orientation video below. This video will explain the design of the training program and the resources you need to utilize in order to complete the program. It will go over what is to be expected of you and your family.
2. You need to familiarize yourself with the training program and the website.
3. Review the Competency Model Checklist below. This list will go over the objectives and core competencies you will possess by the end of the program.
Welcome and congratulations on your new assignment! We have designed a training program to help you prepare for your transition to Panamanian lifestyle. This training program is compiled of all the necessary information and resources needed to educate you and your family of what to expect overseas. The program consists of three phases each designed to help you be successful throughout your assignment.
